I made a few changes to suit our tastes. Replaced the bacon with slices of andouille sausage (spicy!) and replaced walnuts with toasted pine nuts. It’s one of our absolute favorites! Now I am going more plant-based, so I looked up seasonings for andouille sausage (cayenne pepper, chili powder, garlic, smoke flavoring) and marinated my tofu in them. Winner!
