As promised, here's more proof of how cute the raccoon, Nacho, was. The campground raccoons around here are seriously tame, as you can see by how close he was getting to us. Nothing to be afraid of though, unless you try to pick one up or something. They kind of seem to go by a "don't bite the hand that feeds you" rule.
And also the silly parkour videos. The Reverend was up first.
Then it was the hubs turn!
And K did an awesome cartwheel on the fallen log too.
Yeah, looking back at these, I'm doubly glad I stayed on the ground for the most part and just watched! I totally would have face planted or got cut on branches or something.

NO NO NO. What is wrong with that raccoon!! It gets waaaaay tooooo close and it is not afraid. Are you kidding me!!
Kristen, you crack me up! :P
Don't go camping once you move up here then, there's raccoons at about every park we've been too. One time we stayed up all night defending our tent, because they kept coming back, messing with our garbage bag and even tore a small hole in our tent (there wasn't even any food in our tent, but maybe scented lotion or something). Luckily for us it was highly entertaining, not scary! Also, they live in the gutters and sewers in SF...so just think of them as dirty street cats and you'll be ok, they're definitely not going to harm you!
