Big News That I Can Finally Share!

I've been a bit absent from the blogging world lately, but I've been super busy working on something that I can now finally share!

We're moving, to North Carolina!

We decided to move about 4 months ago, but I didn’t want to announce it publicly until things were figured out with my job (you never know, not that anyone I work with reads this.). My husband is going to keep his job and work remotely, with the goal of opening an east coast office and hiring more employees out there in the future. And I just found out last week that I get to keep my job too! Nearly everything I do is by phone or online, so hopefully it will be an easy transition.

So now it’s official, as of the second week of April, we will be living on the other side of the country in Raleigh, 2,800 miles from where we currently live. We just signed a lease on a great house last week, and come this time next year, after we learn the area a little better, we’ll be buying our first house!

I’ve been secretly blogging about the headache that is a coast to coast move, and saving up the posts, which I can finally start publishing. I have no idea if any of these upcoming posts will be interesting or not, but I'm going to post them anyway. ‘Cause let’s be honest, no way am I going to have much time for regular blogging in the few weeks anyway!
