So, if you've read this blog for any amount of time, you probably already know that I'm obsessed with garlic. It's my favorite food!
But I’ve never shared one of my favorite ways to make garlic before: roasting it!
And no, I don’t do it in the oven, because that just takes forever. Nope, I use this handy little machine, which awesomely roasts up to 3 heads of garlic in just 27 minutes.

(You can find it here, at Amazon.com. This isn’t a sponsored post, I just really, really love this little machine!)All you have to do is cut off the tops of the garlic cloves, put a little olive oil in the roaster, and hit the start button.

27 minutes later, you have roasted garlic! You can put it in butter or oil to make a bread spread, or add it to a pasta (or really, any!) dish for an extra boost of garlic goodness.
Mmmmm….this is the ultimate garlic-lovers appliance!
