I just wanted to share this amazingly good turkey recipe, in case anyone is looking for a new idea. I thought it would be better to actually post this before Thanksgiving, since I'm probably not going to make it until next weekend (we're going to my aunt's house for Thanksgiving, which means no leftovers for us). So I'll be making us our own little 3-4 pound garlic rosemary turkey, so we can enjoy our own leftovers. They're the best part!
Here's the recipe for Spicy Turkey Roast (click the pictures for a larger view). I, of course, like to use more garlic than it calls for!
I hope you have a great weekend!

That looks really good. We always have so many leftovers at my mom's house - I've told her we should make something smaller and more manageable in the future. This might be it!
We are thinking of just making reservations at a restaurant that's doing a buffet here in Ocean Beach (no flying home to L.A. for us) since its just the two of us, but the thought of no leftovers is depressing. I was thinking of picking up one of those roasted chickens from the grocery store and then just cooking all the sides- but this recipe looks so darn tasty and easy! Have a good weekend!
Thanks for the recipe, sounds good!
I heard on the radio that a "leftover casserole" is good, I might have to squish all my stuff in a pan and slather it with cheese. MMMM
