Out Sick

Just thought I'd let anyone who was wondering know that no, I'm not dead (barely!).


I haven't been posting because I've come down with the nasty flu that half the country seems to be suffering from. I'm pretty sure holiday travel is to blame, since I haven't really been sick otherwise since I started working from home. But thanks to those of you who've reached out to me to see if I'm alright, hopefully I will be soon!

Until then, I'm not doing anything worth blogging about, or anything, really, other than working. I'm barely keeping up with personal email. No sick days allowed until my busy time of year ends after this week--I've even been clocking some weekend and New Year's Day hours just to keep up. The end is in sight though, and I'll be so glad once I'm over this flu, things slow down at work, and I can get back to normal life and regular blogging, which I haven't been able to for too long now.

I can't wait to get caught up with all of you and your blogs soon, and since my in laws are coming for a visit at the end of February, I'm eager to jump back into working on our house once I'm well again. Hope to have lots to share soon!


Is anyone else suffering from the evil flu right now? If so, hope you get better real quick!
