So, if you've read this blog for any amount of time, you probably already know that I'm obsessed with garlic. It's my favorite food!
But I’ve never shared one of my favorite ways to make garlic before: roasting it!
And no, I don’t do it in the oven, because that just takes forever. Nope, I use this handy little machine, which awesomely roasts up to 3 heads of garlic in just 27 minutes.

(You can find it here, at Amazon.com. This isn’t a sponsored post, I just really, really love this little machine!)
All you have to do is cut off the tops of the garlic cloves, put a little olive oil in the roaster, and hit the start button.
27 minutes later, you have roasted garlic! You can put it in butter or oil to make a bread spread, or add it to a pasta (or really, any!) dish for an extra boost of garlic goodness.
Mmmmm….this is the ultimate garlic-lovers appliance!

Do you love incorporating garlic into your dishes (and if you say yes, you're my new bff!)? Got any good recipes to share with this garlic-lover? :)

I LOVE roasted garlic! I would eat it by the clove if I could :)
I must admit, I don't love garlic. However, when it's roasted it turns into magically creamy soft deliciousness, at which point I'm totally on board!
Garlic is so yummy, but I'm too much of a wimp to bite into whole cloves like that. It looks delicious, though :) I've never seen a garlic roaster before... Definitely a very cool appliance!
I've never seen a machine like that! My mind is blown. I need it!
OMG! I am SO getting this for my husband for Valentine's Day! We are garlic fools, so thanks for posting this. I see a lot of yummy roasted garlic in our future. :)
OMG WHAT?!? I never knew this existed! I always do it in the oven and you're right - it does take forever. This is awesome.
A kitchen gagdet I didn't know I needed?! Gasp! You know I love me some gadgets and this one is stellar! I'll have to get back to you on the recipe stuff but all I can say is, yum!
Holy moly... I NEED THIS!!!
Where has this little gadget been all of my life?! I must get one... thanks for sharing :) Oh, and that pasta looks amazing, p.s.
How interesting! I've never seen that contraption before! Is it easy to clean? I usually just roast my garlic in the oven.
Um say what, now? I've never roasted garlic because I read that it takes like 45 min in the oven. I don't have that kind of time, ya know? But THIS?! This I could do. Hmm my birthday is next month...
@Cindy Collins, the machine is super easy to clean. The center tray you put the olive oil into lifts out (there's even a little handle that you can attach to it to lift it out while still hot), and that's really the only part that needs cleaning. Some hot soapy water is all it takes!
How did I not know about this marvelous invention previously?! YUM. I love me some roasted garlic..and this looks like it would make it so easy!
This is SO on my wish list. As in, I want it for Valentines Day :)
This is fantastic. I roast garlic in the oven all the time and it's the biggest waste of energy. All that gas for the little bulbs! I'm going to seriously consider this one!
