Happiness Is: Garlic!
I seem to be writing all about food this week!
This weekend is the annual Gilroy Garlic Festival, held in the garlic capitol of the world, about an hour south of where we live.
I'm pretty insanely excited about going with The Mr. to the festival, because garlic is MY FAVORITE FOOD (yes, the all caps is necessary), and we haven't gone the past three years.
I know, I know, garlic isn't really a food. But I love it to death and will put it on just about anything, so to me, it counts! Saturday we will be eating about 4,000 calories of garlicky foods, and I will definitely be bringing home a giant bag of garlic kettle corn. It sounds a little weird, but the salty/sweet flavor of kettle corn, with the addition of garlic is heavenly.

I LOVE GARLIC TOO! I am super jealous you are going to the Gilroy Garlic Festival! I wanna go...I'm too far north though.
Now I want to find food-related plans for the weekend. :)
That festival is so much fun! I so wish I was in California so that I could go! I love garlic, too.
Of course I had to move across country away from all this awesomeness :( But I didn't know they had garlic kettle corn. That sounds..... so ridiculously... awesome. {sigh}

GARLIC ISN'T REALLY A FOOD? I DISAGREE! LOL! I love garlic and I think it's perfect to go on everything :)
